Terms
All wheel blocks, chalks, wood, etc. MUST be removed when trailer is out of stall to allow grass to be cut. Anything left behind will be disposed of.
It is imperative that ALL Clients have exited the yard prior to closing as the gate auto-locks at our posted close time. Please do not show up ten minutes prior to closing as you may be locked in.
Winter access means granting trailer removal year round. Otherwise it is understood the trailer movement will not be permitted from Nov 1 - April 30 to allow yard to be clear of snow and water. Weather will play the deciding factor.
All clients will have access in to the yard, but are not permitted to move trailer or drive off roadway. Certain situations can be discussed with management on an individual basis.
